As General Manager Human Resources, Mr. Sunil Kumar leads the company’s human resources strategy and worldwide HR activities in support of the overall business, with focus on organizational design and effectiveness, total rewards, Training, learning and organizational development, talent management and acquisition, resource planning and deployment, campus hiring, performance management, engagement, retention, and technology-led HR processes.
Prior to joining Mr. Sunil Kumar worked with Technology Consulting companies from US, UK and Australia. Sunil earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Delhi University, India and a Post Graduate in Human Resources and Information Technology
